HOW OFTEN SHOULD I HAVE MY HAS FIREPLACE CLEANED?
Manufacturer's recommend that you have your gas fireplace cleaned annually. But if you do not use it on a weekly basis during the colder months you can have it cleaned every other year and it will be safe to use.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We currently accept cash or check only.
WHERE DO YOU SOURCE REPLACEMENT PARTS?
We get our parts from a local distributor that get those parts directly from the manufacturer. Depending on the brand of the fireplace you have we may need to reach out to a local fireplace store to get parts as well.
WHAT AREAS DO YOU SERVICE?
We service all towns within a 40 mile radius of Hartford, CT, but we will occasionally go further outside of that radius. Contact us to see if we service your area.
